This matter is covered by food labeling requirements. Non-compliance to food labeling law is a critical violation and should be considered a serious concern.

KFC Corporation issues a nationwide allergy alert, recalls unlabeled double chocolate chip cakes(Monday, April 18, 2008).The reason for the recall is that such products contain eggs, milk, wheat, and soy ingredients and possibly traces of tree nuts, and are not individually labeled with ingredient information.
